Finally, a prescriptive aromatherapy cream mask or face food is massaged into the face and neck. This gives you a feeling of total relaxation to the whole body.
Massage therapy is very detoxifying to the body. It also helps remove unwanted toxins, improves circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage. It helps reverse the damaging effects of stress by slowing the heart rate, respiration, metabolism, and helps to lower raised blood pressure.
