Holistic Health 2012
on Jan 19We are proud to be once again demonstrating the Rossiter System of Workouts at the NEC. This year it is on Sunday 13th to Monday 14th May. There will be talks and demonstrations from us and we have special guest Richard Rossiter himself attending! We hope to see you there.

Rossiter helping to break records!
on Sep 04One of our Certified Unit II Rossiter Coaches has been able to support Jen Salter this summer in breaking the World Guinness Record Ultra Race – a 345 mile run from Malin Head to Mizen which is the length of Ireland. Well done! Another superb Rossiter success story – please keep them coming!
New Training Rooms
on Sep 04Our bespoke plush training rooms will be completed by October 2011. All our Midlands based courses will be held at the Essential Training & Beauty Spa, 27 Marsh Parade, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 1BT. We have negotiated special delegate room rates at The Borough Arms Hotel which is just a 2 minute walk to the venue.
The First UK Rossiter Instructor
