This is a 2 day course aimed at bodywork practitioners, fitness instructors and for those working in the martial arts world. You will learn techniques to address structural pain, restrictions and repetitive strain injuries. A range of two person pin-and stretch release techniques for addressing structural pain and restriction of movement at its source, the body’s fascia, ligaments, tendons, collagen, elastin – collectively called connective tissue.
