Natalie Owen2024-10-29Completed Reiki Level 1 course with Sharon & Karina on Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The attunements were really powerful and special. Both Sharon & Karina are such warm, positive people and they created a really safe and comfortable atmosphere for learning. A day to remember and I met some very lovely people too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharon's courses as she is so professional and knowledgeable as well as being so caring ❤

Poppy2024-09-13Went for a colonic today for the first time. Was really nervous as it seems a rather undignifying situation however i was sick of my gut impacting my life. Luckily Natalie who does the colonic has a friendly, down to earth, bubbly & really pleasant persona. She took her time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. Im on my first session which has opened the gates for me to hopefully see bigger better results on my next appointment as i was incredibly compacted. I no longer feel embarassed - If you are contemplating the treatment i can assure you, you will not regret it. Natalie isnt fazed as she has seen it all before😂 Oh and the process isnt uncomfortable, or smelly like you would maybe expect? 😆😁👌

Vince Flynn2024-06-046 week gut transformation programme Started programme in April, guided by Sharon Mountfield. For decades I had suffered with a bloated, very uncomfortable stomach, part of the cause was identified due to taking long term stomach reflux tablets, I also suffered from long term high blood pressure and was an habitual drinker (I also had Candida, which is a fungal infection, which is present on the tongue and affects the stomach). The course involved change of diet, a variety of supplements and will power, but more importantly great support from Sharon. Having now completed the programme, my bloated belly and the constant discomfort has gone, I have not taken any prescribed reflux tablets since April, my blood pressure is now normal. The Candida has virtually disappeared. The unexpected bonus is I’ve lost 16lb in weight and my energy levels have increased. Although I have completed the programme I have continued taking some supplements, following the diet plan and reducing my alcohol intake. I absolutely recommend this programme as for me it has been life changing.
